The TOP 10%

The TOP 10% are elite sales warriors who consistently dominate revenue rankings. The TOP 10% represents the ideal – and attainable – performance level you constantly strive to attain, no matter how you compare your results. Their success is built on three core principles:

They THINK strategically.  They not only "think" ahead, but they "think behind" by appraising selling performances so they can learn and improve. They "think" when navigating their org efficiently, and most importantly, they constantly "think" about their customers.  And they "constantly" think about their selling approach.   Be a "Sales-Thinker," not just a "Salesperson." 

They PERSEVERE.  Sales is unpredictable, but the TOP 10% push forward despite obstacles. They stay positive, remain consistent, and earn buyers’ respect through resilience.

They are HUMAN. They "ditched the act" a long while ago and play the game straight up…as themselves.  They understand they don’t know everything and are comfortable saying, “I don’t know” to their demanding customers. 

Do you excel as a THINKER?  How’s your PERSERVERANCE?  Do you sell from a script, or are you HUMAN to your buyers? 

Be maniacally focused on joining the TOP 10% in the sales rankings. You can "be" all of the above!   It’s just a matter of staying committed and dedicated to peak performance.  

Be proud of the career you chose!  Be proud of calling yourself a salesperson…or rather, a Sales-Thinker.
