Ping a couple of your closest clients with a meme of a fat turkey. Thank them for their business and trust.
Take it further…record what you're thankful for in your Wins Journal. That could be anything/everything from a supportive manager to a recent pay bump to winning a new piece of biz.
Better yet, focus your gratitude on your performance (not results).
For example, be thankful your presentation skills have grown this year (it's because you practiced), or you've become a better negotiator (because you practiced)!
