What are you doing here? Guess you’re missing MySalesDay! And that’s a great thing about you…always pushing yourself.
Inarguably, this is one of the best weeks of the year. And whether you choose to work a little and rest a lot – or the opposite – this is a great time to enjoy whatever you fancy.
Skiing. Movies. Dinners with friends. Exercise.
It all feels a little more fun because time almost stands still.
The new year will come soon enough. Sleep, drink, and be merry!
Do
If you want to lay on the couch all week and watch shows, go for it.
But if you’re up for a balancing routine including shows, exercise, fun, restaurants, and a little work, that’s great, too.
It’s a free week…and it’s entirely yours!
If you DO have a little work to knock out, it’s best during these amorphous days of a slow week to set some boundaries and specifics around what work you want to do.
Getting resentful and frustrated over anything this week ain’t cool, so be smart about budgeting your work time. Bblock your morning for an hour of work, and then get back on the couch and watch your stories!
No deadlines, no meetings, no cares in the world. And best, an in-box that has stopped yelling at you.
Enjoy this week – the race up the mountain will start again soon enough.
