Skill + Do

You can talk yourself IN or OUT of anything.

Most of the why you talk to yourself in a less than positive voice is because of selling pressures and anxieties. They wear you down.

You’re a happy, selfless individual with gobs of integrity and enthusiasm at your core.

Focus on that!

Focus on the good YOU and ignore that other crap that gets put in your brain because you’re tired and pressured.

Today, speak to yourself as if you’re recommending your BFF to a potential new employer.

Shower yourself with references that include the words you want to hear in your eulogy (if you could arrange that).

As you know all too well, words matter. And the weekend is the time to regain control of your words when having those fun conversations inside your head.

When you veer over to the "not-so-good" side of your thoughts…kick ’em out and get back to the sunny side of the street.
