Sam was born with a rare disease called Progeria, which has limited his physical enjoyment of life. Sam was 17 years old at the time of the recording, and he talked about how he navigated physical obstacles to reach his dream of playing in his high school’s marching band.

Let Sam be your mindfulness guide today.
