Soon, you’ll be saying to your peers, ”Happy holidays…see ya next year.” And yet, there’s much to be done before the eggnog starts pouring!

On this first day of the new quarter, don’t only focus on your Q4 rev and individual account goals, focus also on your skill development goals. Those are the pistons that will help you reach your rev goals. …in Q4 and 2026!

You may have already hit your Q4 rev goal, but you’re just starting work on your skill goals today.

Set a Q4 Goal Setting calendar block today at 5p to review your Q3 progress and set/edit your SKILL goals for the next three months.

It’s okay if you didn’t hit all of your Q3 goals; the point is to use that intel to fuel your skill development in Q4.
