SNL’s birthday reminds us that everyone loves to laugh. Especially on the weekends.

As you breathe easier this weekend, ponder these facts about laughter…

Do

Today, laugh.

YouTube some favorite funny movie clips, stand-up comics – or SNL vignettes – and get your abs quivering. Or, call up your funniest friends and relatives and dial-up the laughing!

If you’re still too tight from the week’s stresses…laugh anyway.

Oomph

It’s impossible to pick just one quintessential SNL skit to celebrate their birthday. (Certainly, you have your favorite scenes and characters!)

But given MySalesDay’s continual attempt to pump you up, why not check in with motivational speaker Matt Foley (Chris Farley…of course); he’ll fire you up without a doubt.
