Have a 2027 planning ‘thinkabout’
Skill

Start building your '27 plan now

With less than 90 calendar days until the start of calendar Q1, it's time to begin (or revise) your 2027 strategic account plans.

Strategic planning isn't as hard as it sounds. Focus on three things:

1. Accounts: Which accounts can get you to your number?

2. People: Which KDMs and Champions do you need to develop?

3. Skills: What part of your game must improve to hit your rev goals?

Don't wait a minute longer to figure out how you're going to win in January…it's right around the corner.

The actual work is easier than you think

Complete your Q1 strategic account plan before building out the rest of your '27 plan.

1. Accounts: Estimate revenue for each target account, including upside potential and obstacles to hitting your high number.

3. People: List the Champions and KDMs you'll need to hit that high number. Obsess over getting meetings with those people. (Don't waste time with people who can't say yes.)

3. Skills: List the specific selling skills you'll need to improve to hit your high number.
