Run fast, but protect the bod

Skill

You won’t cross the tape of the marathon you’re running unless you stay in the race. You need to constantly manage your body.

Every seller knows that food is fuel, yet it’s hard to stay disciplined and consume smartly. It’s the same with exercise: consistently hitting the gym is hard when you’re running for your life to hit your number.

Most high performers in anything have teams that help them. In your case, your team may include mentors, motivators, personal trainers, sales trainers, psychologists, and who knows, maybe a chiropractor, too. (You can’t lug around a laptop bag with a crick in your neck.)

Do

Can any of these daily habits help you manage your bod and win the long game?

1. Don’t go to bed late. You can’t perform the next day if you’re sluggish.

2. Are three glasses of wine with your customer at the pub too much? (Maybe!) Cut yourself back and don’t apologize for it.

3. Cranky each day until lunch? Wake up 20 minutes earlier and do some yoga…or meditate. And eat a good breakfast.

Play the game like a pro athlete…because you are one!

One tip won’t positively change all of your lifestyle habits, but the dude featured in this video, Jack Mace, teaches you a highly unique exercise you need…and it’s guaranteed you haven’t seen it before.

Jack’s two-minute exercise appears so easy and basic and is fantastic for a keyboard banger like you.
