How to beat the November blahs

Skill

There are only so many selling days left in calendar ’25.

The coming full work weeks will feature parties, events, and Hallmark Holiday movies that will trick you into thinking that you can coast until 12/23.

Don’t succumb.

You’ll know when you can take your foot off the gas. And you’re nowhere near that time on this 313th day of the year.

To get the most out of the year, build your Fall Focus Plan that will help you extract maximum returns by itemizing priorities and goals.

Do

Building your Fall Focus Plan means first counting the number of All-In selling days you have left in ’25. ("All-Ins" are those where you’re bustin’ it for an entire workday.)

Next, focus on these three issues:

1. Q4 blood from the rock rev opportunities…list ’em.

2. Q1 ’25 revenue opps…qualify ’em.

3. Skill goals that will help you with #s 1 and 2. Remember, it’s skill application and good selling habits that will drive your attainment of revenue goals.

Once your Fall Focus Plan is set, update your To-Do list and get going!

The more time you spend contemplating what you should have done, you lose time planning what you can and will do.
