10/30/2024-100 dollars of good attitude

Skill
Remind yourself that everyone in your life deserves your smile and your nice self. You’ll get what you need in return when you give them your best.
It takes just as much energy to be positive as it does to be negative.
Good attitudes don’t automatically get delivered each morning to your doorstep (though MySalesDay helps, right?) Whether you use visual cues, mantras, or regular visits to your WINS journal, you must continually work on your good attitude.
Not everyone can flip the switch and put on a happy face at a moment’s notice, so keep figuring out what triggers the best in you and try to stay on high ground!
Do
Today, go to the bank and withdraw $100 in single bills. Next, carve a slit in the top of a jar that will receive those $1 bills.
Next, insert a dollar bill into the jar each time you say something positive…to anyone. That anyone could be a customer, a teammate…or someone you see on the train platform daily.
Here’s the kicker: once your jar is filled, try to spend that $100 as fast as possible. (Will it take four days? Three? TWO???)
When you’ve stuffed one hundred single dollar bills into your "Positive Pot," send that $100 to a charity of your choice.
Words matter…but positive words and thinking matter most.

Tony Robbins is super motivating and indeed someone who exudes positivity. Among other great lines, this short video features a great Tony line:
"The biggest problem people have is they think they shouldn’t have any…but problems are the fuel for growth."
Positive attitudes flourish more when your purpose is focused and meaningful.
Quote of the day
“Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive, good things and good people will be drawn to you.” Mary Lou Retton
