Goal achievement gas: your manifesto
Published on
Skill
One of the secrets of the TOP 10% sellers is their unwavering commitment to a personal manifesto.
Goal-setting is foundational for all sellers – it builds direction and discipline – but a manifesto builds identity. It’s your written declaration of what you believe, how you sell, and why you show up every day with your best.
Create yours, and you’ll anchor your actions to your principles – driving consistency, confidence, and top-tier performance.
Do
Today at 6pm, create the first draft of your 2026 Manifesto. Or, edit your ’25 manifesto.
Start your declarations with, "I believe…" and list as many as you want. Don’t confuse your "I believes" as either personal or professional proclamations – just write down what you believe in.
Set it aside for a week or so, then look at it again. After another edit, print it out and keep it floating atop your desk.
By stating your beliefs and why they’re important, you’re creating a personal value code that will keep you grounded and elevated at the same time.

This TED Talk from Ramat Tejani offers a fantastic mix of story and manifesto blueprint that will help you build a good one for yourself.
Ramat offers an incredibly honest realization of what a manifesto does for her: "I was so focused on doing what I thought was expected of me rather than doing what was right for me."
Rock on, Ramat.
