Skill + Do

"Change, or you die." (Well, that’s a bit harsh, don’t ya think?)

Let’s tone it down and go with this: "Change, or you will be changed."

The point is you are in control of how fast and how far you move forward; you are in control of where you move.

In sales, moving forward means dealing with losing business you fought hard for. And it means growing your skills…constantly (NOT just once in awhile).

Change also applies to your attitude and your approach to your sales life including your manager, your clients, and your work peers.

You need to be the author of how you change…nobody else gets that honor.

Today, meditate about what needs changing in your sales life.

Is it a skill? Is it the way you manage time?

Change occurs only when you decide what and how to change. And weekends are a great time to chart your change strategy because your mind has calmed down from the frenetic week.
