A seller’s emotions can shift with the wind. Stuff comes at you from all directions during the workweek.

On Monday, you notched a win, but the good feelings dissipated quickly because, on Tuesday, you learned one of your "can’t miss deals" went south.

Sure, you thrive on the action, but a rock fight is still a rock fight.

And this past week was another heavy-duty battle.

You know that getting what you want is only a decision away. (Plus a little execution, of course.)

If you want a robust pipeline, schedule more prospecting time.

It’s the same with mindfulness. If you want to run far away from your work and mentally escape, you must do the things that bring you joy and release.

Commit to mindfulness this weekend.

Schedule the activities that bring you peace of mind and joy.
