Throughout the week, a voice inside your head tells you what to do, where to go, how to react, and, unfortunately, how to feel.

But on weekends, you get to quiet your brain…and quiet that voice.

That voice can tell you good things. NICE things.

That voice can tell you things like, "My work on the Acme account doesn’t define me."

Winning the whatever piece of business is great, but it doesn’t change who you are or what you value in life.

Do

This weekend, use your fun, accepting, gracious voice when talking to yourself.

Forget the intensity of this past week. It’s done. It can’t be changed.

If your weekend voice doesn’t lift you up, kick it out of the building and bring in a new voice telling you what you want to hear.

Oomph

You spend a lot of time during the week working on your selling voice, but weekends should be devoted to working on your inner voice.
