So… how will you hit your goal of growing Acme Inc. by 25% in Q2?
Your answer is your strategic plan.
Strategic account planning shouldn’t be complex or intimidating; the hardest part is finding time to work on ’em.
Tactical work is important for selling, but it sucks up time if you let it. Once you sequester yourself and think about the challenges of your top accounts, the answers and creative ideas rise to the top.

Today, distill the tactics from a simplified Q2 strategic approach so you can get going and be productive:
1. Obstacles: Itemize the hurdles you must overcome to move forward on your target accounts. Record all of the steps you need to take.
2. People: Who must you meet with in April who can affect Q2 revenue?
Next, get to work on knocking the To-Dos off your list.
