Nothing is more frustrating than growing a client relationship and then being unable to reach your BFF-Buyer when needed.
But nobody owes you nuthin’…right?
Even those you took to the game last week don’t owe you much. (Which is why you have to sell even while at the game.)
The fastest way to get nothing is to think like you deserve something. But the easiest way to get something is to provide value.
One of the secrets known by the TOP 10% is that they treat their BFFBs like royalty…all the time. And that starts by constantly providing value.

Put in the extra effort today to create something of value for your BFFBs.
You might think you know what your BFFB values…but you don’t know what they need today.
So…call them and say, "A bird flew onto my shoulder and whispered to me to reach out and help you…but I don’t know specifically what that means."
Ok, fine. Say it however you want, but the point is to proactively reach out to your Champions and learn how you can be of service…today. In any way.
