Work on your napping skill this weekend.
After a long selling week, it’s time to be good to yourself, and nothing is better than an afternoon nap. Well, brunch with friends is pretty cool, too. And so is shopping and spending money on stuff…
But!
Let go of what consumed you this past week and carve out time for a brain shutdown.
Don’t freak if you try to nap and it doesn’t work…Monkey Minds often run red lights. Simply lie there and breathe a bit. If that doesn’t work…again, it’s okay. Just move on to something else.
How about heading to your backyard or a park to just sit and watch nature? How about lying on the floor of your home and listening to your favorite album from beginning to end?
