Are your Q2 goals high enough?

This isn’t about your quota…this is about your skills and account goals.

To kill your quota, you need to do the goal thing correctly; you need to focus on performance (skills and behaviors) rather than results (quota).

And, if you’re crushing your goals, congrats. But that means you need to revise them upwards! (Never rest.)

Goals are supposed to make you stretch, think, and struggle. But they’re not supposed to make you wake up at 2.41 a.m. every night and sweat. You have your quota to thank for that.

Month 1 of Quarter 2 is in the books, so it’s time to check how you’re doing against your goals.

Today, analyze all your goals and adjust them as needed: up, or down. Stay focused on setting and measuring performance goals.

…hey, here’s an idea you’ve only heard 1,000 times: post your goals where you can see them!

It works.
