Ask any seller how much they made in commissions two or three years ago, and they won’t remember. (Do you?)

Collecting toys and material wealth is not why you’re in sales. Earnings upside might be what drew you into The Sales Life, but deep down, you know it’s not what drives you.

Ask those in the TOP 10% what they’re most proud of, and you’ll hear stories about teammates, obstacles, resilience, and shared wins. They’ll remember the names of the teammates they want to battle with.

And just like success in sales requires intentional effort, so does mindfulness. To mentally escape—to truly recharge—you have to decide to do the things that bring you peace, joy, and release.

Maybe that’s a long, long walk. Or cleaning the house while blasting your favorite music. Or, if you’re lucky enough to live by the water….staring at the horizon for a long while.

But if you can’t get to the beach today, let this extended-play video bring a little calm to you. It won’t just relax you, it’ll help you remember why you care so much about your Sales Life.

Quote of the day

It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.
