Skill

Remember that suggestion a few weekends back recommending you practice becoming a good napper? Well, how ’bout this weekend you practice your skill at getting a massage? Or what about a yoga class? You spent all week darting from one thing to another; you need your body to be good too.

Sellers like you are elite athletes who constantly deal with mental – and sometimes physical challenges. (Business travel is for the birds, eh?) Taking care of your body is essential. Getting pampered is an ideal way to restore body – and mind – to where you need to come Monday. Go get a massage!

Do

Pick up your phone and book a massage. If you can’t get in this weekend, make an appointment for next weekend because it’ll come fast enough, and you’ll need a massage then too! And while you’re at it, make another appointment for two weeks after that. (You really DO deserve a massage every two weeks, at the least.)

And because this scheduling will most likely be exhausting, nap afterward! It’s the weekend.
