Walking around with a "good attitude" on Thursdays or Fridays is easy…but what about Mondays? Summer Mondays often require a proactive decision to be positive because weekends are just so darn fun. (But don’t wait until 5 pm to turn on your good attitude.)

Research from the Advanced Math and Forensics Department of MySalesDay posits that Mondays represent 20% of your workweek…thus, you need to make Mondays count for at least 20% of your week’s productivity because summer Fridays come in well under 20%. Right?

A good attitude will do wonders for your productivity and execution ability.

Today, do ONE Attitude Push-up!

…huh?…

As it sounds, an Attitude Push-up is a short burst of physical exertion that helps you switch on your positive disposition! Doing an AP commits you to having a good attitude today!

Even if you were at the gym at 6am, get on the floor into a pushup position. Yes…now.

On the way down, state proudly, "Nothing’s stopping me today." Seriously…say it.

On the way up, proclaim, "I am strong, capable, and I’ll be positive all day."

Pick whatever mantra you want, but without a verbal proclamation of your decision to be positive, you’ll just be doing a regular push-up.

APs work.

There are no limits to where a strong, good attitude can take you. And apparently, there aren’t any limits to push-ups, either.

Perhaps tomorrow you’ll do two APs and three the next day! Pretty soon, you’ll be ready for a NO-HANDS pushup.
