But before you sell out totally to AI, don’t underestimate the power of your words. Your prospects are buying you, not AI. So while AI can help with everything you write, don’t let AI erase your personality.

If one person reads your email and responds, you win. If one decision-maker spends five focused minutes with your proposal, you may have just changed your quarter.

Today, assume your 9th-grade English teacher is hanging over your shoulder when you’re writing an email or proposal.

Start with the basic rules of writing: write, edit, write, edit, write, edit. And then edit again!

Emails and proposals will never close business, but they can create conversations. And conversations lead to more conversations.

Today, slow down and ensure that what you present would be approved by your English teacher.
