The myth is that a good night’s sleep is enough to turn off your brain, but given the warp speed of your sales life, you rarely get a good night’s sleep.
Even on the weekends.
According to a Harvard study, people spend 47% of their waking hours thinking about something other than what they’re doing. Mental health experts propose that this kind of mind-wandering results in unhappiness.
Eye-opening, eh? …mind-opening too.

You know that feeling you get when you wake from a really good night’s sleep? Wanna know what’s going to help you get that sleep you need tonight? …meditation.
Today, meditate.
Yes, meditating can sometimes be hard. It’s called a practice for good reason: you must work at it. …and work at it again the next time.
While it is still essential to recreate this weekend, shop with friends, and/or have lunch with your BFF, you also need a meditation exercise to reset your big brain.
