So "Chris" bumped you out of the ice cream line? …and then you got into a scuffle on the jungle gym? Happens.
Quota pressure and competitive juices produce monster tension in every sales org. (Hey…that’s The Sales Life.) While teammate spats and conflicts are common, someone’s got to step up and be the bigger person.
That may as well be you, eh?
When the time is right, go talk to Chris. Before that happens, do not* poison the well and denigrate Chris; gossip doesn’t become you.

If you’re currently in a Chris situation, go clip an olive branch and then shove it in his face that dirty bastahd. …jk.
Seriously, approach Chris and talk it out…unemotionally.
Or, if you’re in a situation where you can see storm clouds brewing with Chris, try heading it off at the pass. Do that olive branch thing…the nice version.
Address your conflicts with the honesty and grace that flows deep inside you. The Sales Life is too short.
