How do your buyers feel when they engage with you?
Certainly, you aim to make the buying process as frictionless as possible. And no doubt you know the difference between advising and educating, versus banging and pushing.
Always try to make buyers feel good about every interaction they have with you. Make them look forward to your calls. Make them feel understood, respected, and a little smarter after spending time with you.
How you make each and every buyer feel will also help you be more fulfilled about your daily grind.
Do

Do you need to smile more? Laugh more? Tell better stories?
On Zoom, are you acknowledging everyone in the meeting – or focusing on a select few?
Look for small ways to be more supportive without sounding disingenuous.
Ask yourself: "Did I make that buyer feel good about our time together?" And of course, "What do I need to change the next time?"
