Skill + Do

Some Saturdays you wake up and the aftertaste of the crazy week is still there. Even though it’s the weekend, it’s sometimes hard to shake it loose.

And that battle isn’t just on the street; it’s in your office and sometimes in your head.

Sure, on Monday morning, you’ll be eager to fight again, but figuring out how to cool the jets on the weekend isn’t always easy.

Mindfulness is not just for weekends, ya know; it’s needed seven days a week.

But slowing down Monday through Friday to be mindful isn’t something easy to achieve, and that puts pressure on how you nourish yourself on weekends.

The good news is you always know what your heart, mind, and body need. So today, in light of that aftertaste lingering around, double down on you.
