Napping skills 101

Skill + Do

If you consider napping a skill, then yes, you must work on it on weekends, too.

After a long selling week, it’s time to be good to yourself, and nothing is better than an afternoon nap. Well, brunch with friends is pretty cool, too. And so is shopping and spending money on stuff.

This weekend, let go of that which consumed you this past week.

Take a nap. Do nothing and enjoy the feeling.

So you tried to nap and it didn’t really work out, eh?

Happens. Monkey Minds often run red lights.

Don’t beat yourself up; just roll over to another nothing activity.

How about heading to your backyard or a park and just sitting and watching? What about watching your favorite movie again?

How about lying on the floor of your home and listening to your favorite album from beginning to end?

Send your mind on a short vacation today.
