Some Saturdays, you wake up, and the aftertaste of the crazy week is still there. Even though it’s the weekend, it’s sometimes hard to shake it loose.

Pick any label to describe The Sales Life, but whatever you choose, it’s a vicious battle.

That battle isn’t just on the street, it’s inside your org. And inside your head, too.

Sure, you’ll be eager to fight again on Monday morning, but figuring out how to cool the jets on the weekend should be your only concern today.

Mindfulness is not just for weekends, ya know; it’s needed seven days a week.

But being mindful Monday through Friday isn’t easy, and that puts pressure on how you nourish yourself on weekends.

The good news is that you always know what your heart, mind, and body need. So today, in light of that aftertaste lingering from the week, double down on you.

Give yourself what you need. Whatever it is.
